Well,

I use autoconf, automake and libtool...

I think the most simple is that I give you all my source file...

And, principal line are :

configure.in :
   - "AC_LIBTOOL_WIN32_DLL"

src / Makefile.am :
   - "-no-undefined"  for link flag of my librarie
